What We Expect
If you are interested in the permanent eyeliner treatment at Modern Faces, we ask that you have any eyelash extensions removed prior to your appointment. In addition, for those who wear contacts, please come in with glasses instead. Doing so helps us apply the liner.

After Care Help
It's normal for your eyes to feel a little puffy post-liner treatment. If this is the case, we recommend using a cold compress to bring down any swelling. Just remember to avoid donning any eye makeup until the area has completely healed.

BOOKING FEE
Due to needing a 3 hour blocked time, all appointments require a credit card on file to secure an appointment. Please make any changes to your scheduled appointment 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid a $100 re-booking fee.
CANCELLATION / LATE POLICY

All Initial Micropigmentation Services requires 1 (one) Follow-Up Service (FREE) to be performed within 6 weeks of the initial appointment. You must complete your follow-up appointment within 6 weeks or your follow-up appointment is forfeited. At this point you will need to book it as a Touch-up at a cost of $150 (no exceptions). Periodic Touch-up Services are recommended for the maintenance of your micropigmentation. Touch-ups are a single appointment and do not include a follow-up.

If you have had previous permanent makeup by someone other than Modern Faces and we are applying on top of previous permanent makeup this is NOT considered a touch-up. This is considered a correction and therefore does not come with a follow- up appointment. If you need an additional appointment there is a cost.


All treatments come with Free Aftercare. There is enough product for your initial and follow-up appointment. If you need additional product there could be a small fee.


We do everything possible to set appointments that are most convenient for our clients. In turn we ask that you do everything possible to keep those appointments. If it is within 48 hours or less of your appointment the fee to reschedule or cancel is $100. Anything Cancellations less than 24 hours is full payment of service booked.


Please understand although at times we do have clients on a waitlist this is no guarantee we will be able to re-fill your time we have reserved for you. Because of this our cancellation and rescheduling policies are firm with no exceptions. We do hope you understand as these treatments typically block off 3 hours or more of our day.
